Get set up
Every product we receive for you needs an approved SKU profile first. Add one at a time, or import the AMPLIFY SKU SETUP workbook you filled. Amplify reviews each request and emails you the decision.
What's in the warehouse
Pallets and cases on hand per SKU, one row per lot, oldest inbound first. Amber = expires within 30 days, red = within 7 days.
Ship product out
Create a release, then book the pickup yourself or copy the carrier link so your carrier or broker books it. The warehouse confirms by email with a reference number for the driver.
Bring product in
Delivery bookings open here once your setup is approved. You will upload the packing slip, confirm the lines we read from it, and book the delivery for yourself or your carrier.
Deliveries & receipts
Tell the warehouse what is coming, and see every delivery counted in — pallet by pallet, with lot and expiry.
Activity
The last 30 days: what came in, what shipped, what was put on hold or corrected.
Invoices
Warehouse invoices and credit notes, each with the detail by receipt and order.

Status legend — how T+ sets portal status
Shipment status is computed automatically from the itinerary events in T+ (the green check-marks on the trip) — not the billing status — and refreshes every 10 minutes. Top to bottom = earliest to latest stage.

💤 $0 BillingOrders at or past their pickup date with no customer revenue in T+ (Order Total $0.00). Key the rate in T+ — the next sync clears the row. Ignores the date range above; respects the customer/carrier filter. Click an R# to open the load. Super admins can ✅ approve a $0.00 rate with a reason.
📉 Negative Loads by Customer

📄 Manual PDF upload — backup only, normally not needed
AMP Stats syncs from T+ automatically every 10 minutes (see the green bar at the top). Use this only if the live sync is down: in T+ run Reports → Dispatcher Performance Analysis for one month, export as PDF, and drop it here. It merges in the same way and preserves your approvals. Negative-margin rows still need super-admin approval via the ⚠ card above.

Create test rejection row

📋 PDF upload issues
Lines from a T+ PDF that the parser couldn't interpret as a margin row (malformed line, missing contract, etc.). Survives reloads. Operator can dismiss once verified — or fix the source PDF and re-upload.

📊 KPI Scorecards
Per-person monthly performance — auto-measured from T+ and AMP Connect. Nobody fills anything in.
❓ How to read this board
Every person is scored only on their own loads — nothing is self-reported; it all comes from what T+ and AMP Connect already record.
A line like No silent loads 62% · 296/480 means: this person owned 480 loads in transit 12 hours or more, and 296 of them never went a full business day without a logged update.
The bar fills toward 100% and the dark tick on it is the target — bar past the tick = 🟢 on target, close behind = 🟡, far behind = 🔴.
▲ ▼ arrows compare against the previous month.
Click any load-based line to see every load behind it — customer, what was promised, what happened.
The tiles at the very top are the company as a whole; clicking one filters the board to that single KPI.
Find a person (type a name, click their chip, or hit 👤 My scorecard) opens one person's full scorecard: switch between 48 hours / 1 week / this month, see what moved up or down, and get 🎯 Work on this next — the KPIs furthest below target with real example loads. 🖨 Report card prints that view (or saves it as a PDF) for performance reviews. The 48-hour and 1-week views compare against daily snapshots recorded since August 5, 2026.

🏭 Dock Watch
Every load picking up today from — or delivering today into — our own docks (38 & 46 Simpson Rd + 98 Healey Rd, Bolton). Bob emails the carrier in the tender thread at 8:00 AM ET flat — 📤 pickups: on track? trailer #? load bars + straps · 📥 deliveries: on track? trailer #? ETA — and chases every 45 minutes (3 chases max, 8 AM–6 PM ET, weekends included). Still silent after the last chase → the row turns 🔴 and the load's dispatcher gets one Slack DM.
📋 Tender Watch
Carrier tender acknowledgments, by week. Bob emails the carrier in-thread to confirm receipt; unacknowledged contracts escalate to #amp-bazzar grouped by dispatcher. Replies are classified by keyword (manage the keyword lists below).
Revised tender — contract #
Revised tender sent at (ET)
Resets the contract to pending and tells Bob to only count a carrier reply after this time (use when you re-send a revised tender).
🏭 Warehouse desk
Pickup requests to confirm or reject, releases to print, and SKU setup requests to approve. Every decision emails the requester with the warehouse desk in copy.
🏭 Watch (Mirror of Ramp)
Everything that is late, stuck or not billed: deliveries that did not show, trucks waiting, orders past their ready date, shipments without a signed BOL, stock expiring or below minimum, holds with no end, adjustments and counts waiting, and money problems ($0 prices, closed work with no charges, drafts not posted). Click a line to open it. Here the same rules run on Ramp’s own records — the receiving, shipping and stock checks; Ramp’s money is under Billing (Mirror).
🏭 Receiving (Mirror of Ramp)
Every delivery into a warehouse: what was expected, when the truck arrived, each pallet counted with its lot and dates, and the close. Here you see Ramp’s receipts exactly as Ramp has them — open one to see expected vs received per SKU and the pallets from it still in stock.
🏭 Shipping (Mirror of Ramp)
Every customer release as an order: allocated, picked, loaded and shipped with its BOL. Here you see Ramp’s orders exactly as Ramp has them — open one to see ordered vs shipped per SKU and lot.
🏭 Stock control (Mirror of Ramp)
Keep the stock record true: pallets on hold and why, and a recall search that finds every pallet of a lot across all customers. Here it reads Ramp’s stock — an empty search shows everything on hold in Ramp.
🏭 Billing (Mirror of Ramp)
What each customer was invoiced: storage on the 1st, handling and extras weekly. Here you see Ramp’s own invoices and every charge line on them — the answer key the 🏭 Warehouse billing must match to the cent (⚖️ Compare, Money).
🏭 Reports (Mirror of Ramp)
Stock on hand, expiring, days in storage, pallets in and out, holds, receiving exceptions and revenue — any dates, download as CSV. Here every report runs on Ramp’s data, so you can put it next to the same report under 🏭 Warehouse.
🏭 Inventory (Mirror of Ramp)
Every pallet in Ramp right now, grouped by SKU and lot, with its spot, expiry and cases. Search by SKU, lot, spot or customer, or pick one warehouse.
🏭 Setup (Mirror of Ramp)
How each customer is set up in Ramp: its rate card (every tariff and extra charge line, and the AmpConnect charge it matches), its SKUs, and the warehouse list. Use it to check the 🏭 Warehouse Setup says the same thing.
⚖️ Compare with Ramp
The parallel run: Ramp stays the system of record, and the team does the same work in AmpConnect. This page shows every difference — stock by SKU and lot, each receipt and shipment matched by PO, and what each customer would be billed against what Ramp invoiced. Zero differences for a few weeks = that site is ready to leave Ramp.
🏭 Watch — nothing missed
Everything that is late, stuck or not billed: deliveries that did not show, trucks waiting, orders past their ready date, shipments without a signed BOL, stock expiring or below minimum, holds with no end, adjustments and counts waiting, and money problems ($0 prices, closed work with no charges, drafts not posted). Click a line to open it.
🏭 Reports
Stock on hand, expiring, days in storage, pallets in and out, holds, receiving exceptions, space, dock-to-stock time, revenue and a full billing audit — any customer, any dates, download as CSV.
🏭 Receiving
Every delivery into a warehouse: what was expected, when the truck arrived, each pallet counted with its lot and dates, and a clean close that emails the customer. Pallets get a number and a label; from then on every move is recorded.
🏭 Shipping
Every customer release becomes an order here: Allocate reserves the right pallets (earliest expiry or oldest first), the floor scans each pallet as it is picked, Ship records the truck and prints the BOL, and the signed copy is filed against the order.
🏭 Billing
Nobody presses “run billing”. Charges write themselves when a receipt closes, when an order ships and every night for storage (monthly on the 1st, or weekly on the customer’s billing day), priced from each customer’s Rate card — including SKUs with their own price, like high skids. Build turns them into draft invoices; a super admin approves, then posts — the invoice is numbered, locked and emailed, and the QuickBooks export picks it up.
🏭 Stock control
Keep the stock record true: put pallets on hold (they can release themselves on a date), correct cases / lot / expiry with super-admin approval, move stock between warehouses or accounts, count the floor, and trace any lot for a recall.
🏭 Inventory — all customers
Live pallets from 🏭 Receiving, grouped by SKU and lot. Customers who have not received anything yet still show seeded test rows. Add a lot photo from a phone on seeded rows: it is stored privately and shown to that customer only.

🚨 Escalations
Live mirror of #amp & #ccg escalations. Post in Slack as usual — any load with a number in our database auto-boards from T+. Two things happen with emoji: AMP Connect reacts on your post to confirm it boarded, and your reactions set the board status.
① Did it board? — AMP Connect reacts on your post
🤖Logged — all set, nothing more needed❓Needs info — reply in-thread with the issue / which stop; it then flips to 🤖🔍Not found — load # isn't in our DB (likely a typo) → goes to ⚠️ Needs review
② Board status — set by your Slack reaction
Openboarded, no reaction yet — someone needs to grab it👀 In progresssomeone reacted 👀 — being worked now🔥 Urgentsomeone reacted 🔥 — drop everything✅ Resolvedsomeone reacted ✅ (or the load delivered in T+)
ⓘ More
⚠️ Needs review (the 🔍 loads): click Monitor to track it anyway or Ignore to dismiss a typo — or fix the number and re-post. CCG-own loads that aren't in our database are skipped silently (no 🔍, no noise). Appointment times show in the facility's local time. Click any row to edit details or resolve.
🤖 Bob Alerts — #amp-connect
Emails Bob could not send — usually because he couldn't find the right email thread, or sending would have added someone who isn't on it. Bob never adds people to an email. Each one needs a person: do the What to do line yourself, then press Mark done (or react ✅ on the #amp-connect post).
Oldest first. A ✅ in Slack shows here within 15 minutes.
📥 Order Watch — #amp-csr-orders
Every order posted in #amp-csr-orders lands here so none slip through. An order is finished once its Slack message has a ✅and someone replies the R# / order number in the thread.
🔴 Not entered — no ✅ yet🟡 Checkmarked — ✅ but no R# yet✅ Done — ✅ + R#
Opens on this week (Mon–Sun). No ✅ for 30 minutes → the bot pings @ampcsr in the thread. Read-only — it never changes T+.
🧾 Entry Checks
Every order keyed into T+ gets double-checked: automatic sanity rules (reefer with no temp, delivery before pickup, missing/duplicate PO…) plus an AI read of the customer's original email against what was entered. A row here is a question, not a verdict — open the order in T+, check it, then mark it below.
🔁 Cross-Check — CCG ↔ AMP
Every load Cargo County sells to Amplify (and Amplify sells to Cargo County) is checked against both T+ databases every 10 minutes. The selling company's T+ is the truth — when the buying company's order says something different (consignee, shipper, appointment, temperature, PU #, charges), or the seller changes something, it shows here and in #ccg-overflow. Fix the order in T+ and the row ticks ✅ by itself.
📊 CSR Tracker
Every load still needing an appointment, laid out by date — a load picking up Aug 10 and delivering Aug 11 shows its 🚚 PICKUP on the Aug 10 chip and its 📦 DELIVERY on the Aug 11 chip. Multi-probill orders split per probill — each leg sits on its own delivery date, and delivered legs never show. Click a row to book it (same booking screen as the Appt Desk Worklist). Orders to enter (today/tomorrow pickups) sit on the right, so you work both without switching tabs.
Only orders picking up today or tomorrow (or overdue) show here — the full week lives in Order Watch.
🛒 Bazaar — loads to cover
Every load still needing a carrier, from AMP Connect's synced copy of T+ — so it keeps working when T+ is down. Tap 🙋 I've got this so the team knows you're covering it. Claims are for coordination only and never write back to T+ — re-enter the carrier in T+ once it's back up.

👤 Customer communication & updates
Customer-facing updates will appear here. For now, the only carrier-derived field shared with customers is last location (shown on their Shipments view). Everything else above stays AMP-staff-only.
📅 Appt Desk
Two ways to work appointments. 📋 Worklist is a manual cockpit for every CALL FOR APPT load in T+ — open a load, copy the request email, send it from your inbox. Works today, no setup. 🤖 Auto-email is the automated path: bob@amplifyconnect.io emails opted-in customers' facilities and parses the replies.
Cargo County carriers that confirmed a pickup/delivery appointment by email (parsed by Bob). Key each time into T+, then ✓ Entered. This is separate from facility appointment auto-email — it's the check-call/tracking pipeline.
🧾 Load Check
Drop the customer's shipment sheet (Clearly ND .xlsx) and instantly see what to fix in T+ — checks Ship To, Ship Date, Pickup Time and Description against live T+ data, and flags missing / mis-typed POs and loads with no appointment booked. Nothing is uploaded or stored — the file is read in your browser and the report clears when you leave.
📄
Drop the Clearly .xlsx here, or click to choose
Both tabs (6-pack + singles) are read automatically. Confidential — never leaves this browser.
